Applicable Version: Applies to all
The product contains a content title. The content title is like a 'folder' for all the packages which contain all the files. These need to be installed and activated/published before a student can access the content. If the package is not installed and activated the student will be presented with a message stating "No content available". To check all content is installed and activated follow the steps below:
Steps:
A good 'final check' to ensure all content is installed is to do the following:
-
View the version of the product (version that is assigned to the students).
-
Click on the 'Actions' menu.
-
Click on 'Check content availability'.
-
Scroll down to the 'Content availability' area.
-
Note the node names and/or assessment names with 'Not found' in the 'Status' column. This indicates that the content for this file/node or assessment is not installed and activated.
-
If so click on the 'Actions' button again and click on 'Go to packages'.
-
In most cases there is only one content title so the user will be taken straight to the packages page. If there are multiple content titles in the product, select the content title from the list that needs to be installed and activated.
-
On the packages page click on 'Install and activate all packages'. (Note: the 'Content' column on the packages page should say 'Installed' once the package is installed.)
- Repeat for each content title contained in the product.
