Why is my Single question placeholder red and not blue? Print

If the single question placeholder is red, the this identifies that there is a problem. Typically, this will only revert to red after the file has been saved and exited. The most common problem is the use of special characters in the 'Label' of the single question. To rectify this:

Remove the hypen from the Label of the single question.
Delete the red placeholder and insert the (edited) single question by clicking on the plus icon beside it.
Preview the file or the section to ensure the question is appearing as expected.
