The below details provide steps to set and add ownership and sharing rights to allow other individuals, sections, and/or organizations to view and edit the curriculum. 
  • From the Curriculum design dashboard click on Curricula
  • Click on View for the curriculum
  • Click on the more button
  • Expand Ownership and sharing area
  • Configure the Ownership and sharing
  • To provide an organization with access to the curriculum
    • Type the name of the curriculum the field for Organization access
    • Click on Find
    • Choose the Organization and choose the access level from the dropdown
  • To provide a section with access to the curriculum
    • Type the name of the curriculum the field for Section access
    • Click on Find
    • Choose the Section and choose the access level from the dropdown
  • To provide a specific user, an additional organization or section access
    • Click on Additional sharing details link
    • Choose from Person, Section and Organization in the Data type dropdown
    • Type the name of the item in the Data item filed and click on Find
    • Select the item from the dropdown
    • Choose the level of access from the Access level dropdown
    • Click on Create new sharing record
  • Click on Save changes
  • Click on View again for the curriculum
  • In the Curriculum views area click on the Propagate access rights link
  • Click on Yes and then Ok for the popup messages 


Steps to take to share the content (files, packages and content title):

  • Access the curriculum
  • Go to the product context area 

  • Click on the Content tab
  • Click on Edit for Content title

  • Again configure the Ownership and sharing area
  • Click on Save changes
  • Go to the Product context area again and go to the Content tab
  • Click on Edit again for the Content title
  • Scroll to the end of the page and click on Go to Packages
  • Click on Propagate content title access rights button

  • Click on Yes and OK for the popup messages
