The steps below summarize describe how to create a curriculum and set the sharing/access from the get-go:

  •  Access the Curriculum Design Dashboard
  • In the Information panel at the lower half of the page click on Create
  • Enter a name for the curriculum
  • Click on more
  • Expand the Ownership and Sharing area
  • To provide an organization with access to the curriculum 
    • Type the name of the curriculum the field for Organization access
    • Click on Find
    • Choose the Organization and choose the access level from the dropdown 
  • To provide a section with access to the curriculum
    • Type the name of the curriculum the field for Section access
    • Click on Find
    • Choose the Section and choose the access level from the dropdown
  • To provide a specific user, an additional organization or section access
    • Click on Additional sharing details link
    • Choose from Person, Section and Organization in the Data type dropdown
    • Type the name of the item in the Data item filed and click on Find
    • Select the item from the dropdown
    • Choose the level of access from the Access level dropdown
    • Click on Create new sharing record
  • Click on Save 

The user is now directed to the Curriculum design page where the curriculum development process can begin.
