Realizeit Version Requirement 3.8.0


The Employee Role has been designed to be the starting point for all corporate or workforce users. These users often need to perform work that straddles across several of the traditional Realizeit roles (e.g. Learner, Instructor, Leader etc.). The Employee Role provides a single interface that: 

  • Starts with a Dashboard that shows functions and information that are contextual to the employee – no need to pick a role 
  • Incorporates the most commonly-used functionality from traditional interfaces 
  • Provides new levels of functionality that are not available in traditional interfaces 
  • Acts as a bridge to access less commonly-used functionality in some of the traditional roles. 

The Employee Role has been developed using atomic design principles that have device-independence and accessibility at their core
