Action Require

  • Product alerts allow learners to be informed about structural changes to a product; this may include the addition of new activities or changes to the content of existing activities.
  • Product alerts are assigned to the learners who need them. For example, if the alert relates to some content that has changed, then the alert is only assigned to those learners who have previously completed the old content.
  • Product alerts are valuable in corporate use-cases where employees are only considered compliant if they have been trained on the latest material. When an update is made to some material, all employees must review the new material to maintain their compliance. For example, if some food safety regulations changed then all employees would be required to review the new content before returning to the workplace.

The alert is considered complete once the learner takes the requested action on the alert.
