Guidance Frameworks allow institutions to define custom guidance or onboarding messages to be shown to new users of Realizeit. The purpose of this feature is to allow institutions to provide meaningful and informative guidance for their users.
The guidance messages can be set up to be triggered in various ways. This includes by a user simply logging in, or they can be tied to the user visiting a specific area of Realizeit for the first time. There are also controls for where the message should be displayed, such as an absolute position on screen or being tied to a specific element in the UI. There are further controls on how many times the message should be displayed and if they can be dismissed. The message itself is HTML based and can include the display of files such as images or videos.
Realizeit has built a default and generic guidance framework that can be employed and/or adjusted by an institution.
