A Report Set would be used to automatically generate a specified set of reports on a daily, weekly or monthly interval for specified users in your Realizeit instance.  Emails can also be sent to anyone that is specified outside of Realizeit.

  1. Click on the main menu, Reports and Report Sets.
  2. Click on New report set. 
  3. Enter an Alphanumeric Code and Name for the Report Set. 
  4. Click on Add to add the report you wish to generate.  Type a Description of the report. This will allow you select a report from the dropdown for Report Type and identify the appropriate filters and breakdown factors.  When the filters have been added click on Save new entry at the bottom. 
  5. Click on Add for People to receive report(s).  You may identify the Organisation, Role and/or Grouping that will have access to the reports in the Generated reports tab.  You may also identify a Direct email address that can receive the reports directly or be notified when the reports are available.  Click on the drop down for Notification to change the notification type.  Finally, click Save new entry.  (Note: if no Organisation, Role or Grouping is selected there won’t be any reports listed in the Generated reports tab.) 
  6. For Schedule enter the Reference date that you would like to reports to begin generating.  You may select the Frequency of the reports as well as the time of day that the report will be sent.  Also, you may select the days in which the reports will be sent. 
  7. For Options you may select to Store generated reports.  This will store the generated reports in the Generated Reports tab for the organization, grouping or role you have selected.  Based on the option selected in People to receive report(s) the Notify or Reports Subject line will be sent along with the notification to the recipients. 
  8. Enter the appropriate Ownership and Sharing options you would like added to the report set.  
  9. Finally, click on Save Changes to save the Report Set.  You may wait for the report to be sent at the appropriate frequency or click on Generate Now to have the reports sent to the recipients immediately.
